Mobile app (iOS and Android): install and use

The SEOAsist mobile app is the iPhone and Android version of the panel. Follow your sites, the work waiting for approval and critical events from your phone. The app is free; your account's plan applies.

#Install and sign in

1. Search for SEOAsist in the App Store or Google Play and install it.
2. Sign in with your e-mail and password. If you have no account, you can create a free one in the app.
3. If you belong to several organizations, pick one after signing in; switch later under More → Organization.

#Bottom menu

• Overview: average health of all sites, critical issues, pending approvals, unreachable sites, last 7 days' clicks and new leads.
• Sites: each site's health score and trend, one-tap crawl. The site page shows issues, keywords, traffic (Search Console and GA4), content, backlinks, competitors, AI visibility, monitors and local SEO.
• To-do: approve, snooze or reject Autopilot tasks, AI-written articles and social media posts.
• Notifications: site unreachable, SSL expiring, index drop, ranking change, pending approval, new lead, new review.

#Assistant and Autopilot

• Ask the Assistant about your sites or give it a task; answers come from SEOAsist data. See SEOAsist Assistant.
• The Autopilot screen shows active plans, tasks, recent runs and weekly reports; pause or resume a plan.
• Security shows the site security scan, report and fix list; you can start a new scan.
• Integrations shows connection status and data sources. Connecting services and entering keys is done in the web panel; the app never shows secret keys.

#Notifications

Under Settings → Notifications choose which events notify you and set quiet hours. Tapping a notification opens the related screen.

#Security and sessions

• Turn on quick unlock with Face ID or fingerprint.
• Settings → Sessions lists open sessions; sign any of them out.
• Settings → Delete account deletes your account from the app. The deletion can be cancelled within 7 days.

#Done in the web panel

Integration setup (Google, Meta, GitHub…), the SEO Editor, the social media Studio and plan management live in the web panel; the app links to them.

#FAQ

#Is the app paid?

No. The app is free; your account's plan features and limits apply. There are no in-app purchases.

#I don't get notifications. What should I check?

Make sure SEOAsist notifications are allowed in your phone settings and the events are selected under Settings → Notifications in the app. No notifications arrive during quiet hours.

#How is it different from the desktop app?

Both use the same account and data. The desktop app also lets you link a source code folder and fix code with Claude; see Desktop app.
