Scheduled runs: run the assistant on set days and hours
How to run ready commands on the SEOAsist server on the days and hour you choose, the Report and Act modes, where results show up and the plan limits.
Open this screen in the panelScheduled runs start the SEOAsist Assistant's ready commands on their own, on the days and hour you choose. For example, you can get a Weekly report for all sites every Monday at 09:00. Runs happen on the SEOAsist server, so they keep working while all your devices are off.
Prerequisites
- Scheduled runs are available on Pro (up to 5) and Agency (up to 20). They aren't available on Free or Starter.
- The organization needs an AI model the assistant can use.
Adding a scheduled run
- Open the assistant and click the calendar icon in its header. Scheduled runs opens.
- Pick the command: SEO round, Articles from content gap, Backlink outreach, Plan tasks or Weekly report.
- Pick the site, or all sites.
- Pick the weekdays and the hour. The time zone is your browser's.
- Pick the mode (see the table below).
- Optionally pick a model. Without one, the default model is used.
- Save.
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| Report | Reads only and writes a report. Changes nothing. |
| Act | May make changes, such as starting crawls, opening fixes or sending articles to review. |
Even in Act mode, page rewrites are never published live; blog articles go to review.
When it runs
- The server checks scheduled runs every 10 minutes. A run starts at the first check after the hour you picked.
- Don't want to wait? Click Run now next to the run.
Seeing the results
- The results of the last 10 runs are kept for each scheduled run and shown in the list.
- Every finished run creates a notification. It shows in the panel, by e-mail according to your notification settings, and in the apps. Clicking it opens the results on the Assistant page.
FAQ

No. Saved schedules stay, but they don't run. They start running again once you upgrade.
Does my computer need to be on?
No. Runs happen on the SEOAsist server.
Why is the time different from what I expected?
The time zone is that of the browser you saved the run from. Check your browser's time zone.
I don't get the notification e-mail. What should I do?
Check your notification settings. See Team and notifications and E-mails not arriving.
