SEO analysis: score, findings, plan, share link and PDF

How to read the per-site SEO Analysis page, use the prioritised findings, turn the 30/60/90-day plan into a workspace, and share the analysis as a link or PDF.

Open this screen in the panel

The SEO analysis turns crawl, Search Console, PageSpeed, index, backlink, competitor and GEO data into one score, a list of prioritised findings and a 30/60/90-day plan. It is kept per site, and every run is stored as a snapshot.

Before you start

  • The site needs at least one finished crawl. The analysis runs on its own when the first crawl is done.
  • Starting an analysis, creating a share link and creating a workspace require the Owner, Admin or Member role; viewers can only look.

Open the analysis page

  1. Open the site from Sites.
  2. Press SEO Analysis at the top right.

Shortcut: with a site selected in the top bar, press Details on the score card on Overview.

Refresh the analysis

The analysis refreshes on its own after every crawl and every week. To refresh it now:

  1. Press Analyze now.
  2. You'll see “Analysis queued”; the page refreshes within 1–2 minutes.

Read the page

  • Summary: A paragraph on the site's overall state. The badge shows whether the text came from a model (AI summary) or from rules (Rule-based summary). Next to it are the 90-day score trend and the change vs. the previous analysis.
  • Dimension cards: A score and a Why this score? explanation for each of the seven dimensions. A dimension without data says “No data”. How the score is calculated: SEO score vs. technical health.
  • Data coverage: Which of Crawl, PageSpeed, Index, Search Console, SERP tracking, Backlinks, Competitors and GEO are connected. Grey items are not.
  • Competitor context: Topics where competitors rank in the top 20 and you don't rank at all.

Work with findings

The Prioritised findings table lists problems and opportunities in impact × effort order. Columns: Finding, Area, Severity, Impact, Effort, Channel, Estimated gain, Count.

The Channel column tells you how the fix is applied: PR (GitHub), Pixel, WordPress, Shopify, Content, Automatic or Manual.

  1. If the list is long, open all findings with Show all under the table.
  2. Press the prompt icon at the end of a row for one finding, or AI prompt for all for all of them.
  3. In the dialog, press Copy and give the prompt to your assistant or developer.
  4. Paste the reply into the Paste the AI answer step of the same dialog to review what was done: AI prompt and answer review.

Turn the plan into a workspace

The Action plan groups tasks into First 30 days, Days 30–60 and Days 60–90, and into Quick wins, Technical, Indexing, Content, Authority, AI visibility and Local. Each task carries an Automatic, Needs approval or Manual label and a Weekly / Once marker.

  1. Press Create workspace on the plan card.
  2. Choose the goal, duration and approval mode; the tasks are scheduled.

Details: Workspaces.

  1. Press Share link. The link is copied to your clipboard and you see “Link copied”.
  2. Send it to your client or team. The link needs no sign-in and shows that snapshot of the analysis.
  3. For a PDF, press PDF / Print and choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in the browser's print dialog.
warning

Anyone with the share link can see the analysis. Only share it with people you trust.

Check that it worked

  • The page header reads “… analysis from …” with the date of the latest run.
  • Opening the share link in a private browser window shows the analysis without a sign-in.

FAQ

It says “No analysis for this site yet”. What should I do?

A crawl has to finish first. Press Crawl now on the site page; the analysis runs on its own when the crawl is done. If a crawl already exists, press Analyze now.

Why is the summary “Rule-based”?

If no AI model is available for the summary (for example, your SEOAsist AI allowance is used up), the summary is written from rules. Scores, findings and the plan are calculated the same way.

Can I share the analysis under my client's brand?

On the Agency plan your white-label settings also apply to the share page: your brand name appears and, if you like, the “Generated with SEOAsist” line is hidden. Settings: Reports.
