What does SEOAsist do?
It crawls your sites, finds technical issues and brings Search Console and GA4 data into one panel. On top of that it adds keyword tracking, AI-assisted content and fixes, AI visibility (GEO) and reports. Workspaces build a plan for one goal and spread the tasks over the weeks. For an overview, read What is SEOAsist?.
What do I need to get started?
Just a site URL. The setup wizard walks you through five steps: Site, Google, Apply channel, Notifications and Goals. You can skip any step and change it later. See Setup wizard.
Do I have to give access to my site's code?
No. Crawling and Google data don't need code access. If you want fixes applied automatically, connect a channel: GitHub (pull requests), the WordPress plugin, Shopify, the Site API or the Pixel. It also works without a channel; you then apply fixes yourself with the AI prompt.
Which sites does it work with?
Any public website. There are ready-made connections for WordPress and Shopify. For sites you built yourself, use the Site API.
How often is the data updated?
Search Console data is fetched automatically every day. The site crawl runs by itself every Sunday morning. You can also crawl any time with Crawl now on the site page.
Why is Search Console data a day behind?
Google publishes Search Console data with about a one-day delay. That's why the last day of a date range can be yesterday at the latest.
Do I need my own AI key?
No. Every plan includes a monthly SEOAsist AI allowance that needs no key. If it isn't enough, or you want a specific model, add your own key under Integrations → AI.
Do I have to connect DataForSEO?
No. DataForSEO is only needed for keyword research and rank tracking, Competitors and Backlinks. You use your own DataForSEO account.
Can I manage more than one site?
Yes. The number of sites depends on your plan. Use the site switcher in the top bar to focus on one site or switch to All sites (portfolio).
Can I add teammates?
Yes. Invite them with Add member under Settings → Team. The roles are Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. Viewers can only look, not change anything. The number of members depends on your plan.
Which languages is the panel in?
The panel is in Turkish and English for now. Change it with Language in the account menu.
Can I send reports to my clients?
Yes. Every report you create on Reports has a public link, and you can print it from the browser for a PDF. The weekly report can be emailed automatically. White-label reports come with the Agency plan.
Are the health score and the SEO score the same thing?
No. The health score is calculated from technical issues after each crawl. The score in SEO Analysis combines seven dimensions. See SEO score vs health score.
Can I connect SEOAsist to my own tools through an API?
Yes. Create a key for the REST API v1 and the MCP server under Settings → API keys. Permanent API access comes with the Pro and Agency plans. See REST API.
