What is SEOAsist and how does it work?
Learn what SEOAsist does, what each module in the panel menu is for, and how the analysis → plan → execution → report loop fits together.
Open this screen in the panelSEOAsist is an automation tool that runs the SEO of your sites from one panel. It crawls your site, pulls in Google data, prioritises problems and opportunities, applies fixes through the channels you connect and reports on the result. It lets you do this work on a steady schedule without an agency or a stack of separate tools.
The loop: analysis → plan → execution → report
At the heart of SEOAsist is a four-step loop. Each step uses the output of the one before it.
| Step | What happens | Where in the panel |
|---|---|---|
| Analysis | Crawl, Search Console, PageSpeed, index, backlink, competitor and GEO data are scored across 7 dimensions; findings are ordered by impact × effort. | SEO Analysis on the site page |
| Plan | A 30/60/90-day action plan is generated from the findings. | SEO Analysis → Action plan |
| Execution | You create a workspace from the plan. Tasks are scheduled, and the approval mode decides what you are asked about. Fixes reach the site through a PR, Pixel, WordPress, Shopify or the Site API. | Workspaces |
| Report | Every week the site is re-analysed, a progress report is produced and sent to recipients. | Reports and workspace reports |
The loop repeats weekly: a new crawl brings new findings, the workspace offers them to you as proposals, and accepted ones are added to the plan.
The system works even without an apply channel. In that case you get each fix as a ready-made brief with the Generate AI prompt button and hand it to your own assistant or developer.

FAQ
Does SEOAsist change my site on its own?
Only if you have connected an apply channel and the workspace's approval mode allows it. In the default setup, code and publishing tasks wait for your approval, and PRs never write straight to the main branch.
Can I manage several sites in one account?
Yes. The number of sites depends on your plan; see Plans and quotas.
